Indigestion,lack of clarity/ brain fog, Tiredness, Migraines, IBS..Does it sound familiar?  Is your gut health blocking you from being a peak performer?    I was far from fine.There was a time in my life when I faced severe digestive issues due to food sensitivities. Apart from the above symptoms, I had severe migraines,depression and anxiety.Several Doctor visits,tests, scans and medicines only emptied my pocket. I was misdiagnosed! I was put on to Anti depressants and other medications for several years. There were a lot of side effects involved with them and my health started deteriorating and progressively became worse. Years passed, I got more disheartened.   
Unable to find answers from doctors, I went bio hacking to look into my biochemistry. I was determined to fix the underlying issues. I knew there was a different way to achieve my goals to become healthy.To get to the root cause and fix the issue, I explored further into acquiring more knowledge and found fascinating information driven by science and research. It has had great impact on my lifestyle.
What we often fail to recognize is that our environment has changed but our thinking hasn’t. Genetically modified grains due to modern agriculture is the culprit behind increase in these epidemics!  The single most important thing we can do is caring for our gut.There are some kinds of food that trigger responses for most people.
I was absolutely astonished to discover that cutting out gluten and Dairy from my diet magically erased all my symptoms with in few days!
One of the most widely used whole grain is wheat which has many different components to it. Proteins, Carbohydrates and fats.Gluten is a protein complex found in Wheat, barley,rye and triticale.Most of the people who suffer from Gluten sensitivity are not aware and are often undiagnosed.
 Gluten has a huge impact on our auto-immune system. It causes the immune reaction which affects the brain,causing Brain fog, mood swings,inflammation in the cells, Leaky gut hence increases the risk ofanemia, acne outbreaks, diabetes,obesity,thyroid dysfunction and several health issues…There is also a component of wheat called FODMAP’s a collection of short-chain carbohydrates found in many common foods that causes the gut problems.
Since my gut could not tolerate Gluten, completely eliminating it from my diet,also reducing nutrient poor and calorie rich foods and changing the lifestyle was the key for my happy tummy. Being patient, it took at least six months of complete transition off that crap that produces notorious fat in the mid section and creates health issues.
For those who are facing similar issues,track the body responses to food for a week. Become creative, there are still various food products to choose from.
Here are five steps to start your journey of eating healthy:-
l Replace all white rice, white flour, Sugar, etc to Brown’s.
l Cut back on artificial sweeteners, MSG’s, colors, preservatives etc..Eat healthy home cooked meal.
l Going gluten and dairy free is a great way to reduce inflammation and keep several health issues at bay.
l Eating Wholesome, natural, Gmo free, nutritious and organic foods gives you better health and energy.
l Eat foods to nourish your body not for emotional comfort. Eat what makes you feel amazing and fuels you to be the Best version of yourself.
