Apurvi Singh Chandela (born 4 January 1993) is an Indian Shooter who competes in the 10 metre air rifle event.   Chandela was born in Jaipur. Her father is Kuldeep Singh Chandela, a hotelier, and mother is Bindu Rathore.

Ravi Kumar is an Indian Sport Shooter. Kumar was born on January 1, 1990 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.   He is an alumnus from Delhi University, India. He is working in Indian Air Force.

Indian shooters came up good on Sunday as India opened their medals account on the first day of the Asian Games in Indonesia. Apurvi Chandela and Ravi Kumar finished strongly at 429.9 score to bag the bronze medal for India in 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team event.  The duo of Chandela-Kumar scored 429.9 in the five-team final to clinch the third spot. Chinese Taipei’s Yingshin Lin and Shaochuan Lu won gold with a score — and Games Record — of 494.1 while China’s Ruozhu Zhao and Haoran Yang finished with a silver, scoring 492.5.  This is both Chandela and Kumar’s first medal at the Asian Games.  Congratulations and best wishes for future.
