Men’s Compound team, finals were fiercely contested. It was a perfect start to the men’s final from India s the team shot a maximum 60 to Korea’s 56 in the opening set. The shooting dropped in the 2nd set with India scoring 54, including an 8, to the opponents 58, leveling the final 114-114.
India shot 9-10-10 and Korea shot a 10-9-10. The score was tied but Korea prevailed in a measured win after it has its 10s closer to the bull’s eye than India.
Kudos to our compound men’s archery team of Rajat Chauhan, Aman Saini, and Abhishek Verma. The team displayed great discipline and grit. We are proud of you. Your game was played well and got the silver for the country.
